  • User agrees NOT to post/upload/transmit contents listed below: any content related to gambling, adult, obscene or pornographic materials or content, harassment, defamation, libel and hate speech or other offensive speech or content, or for any unlawful purpose, including without limitation, fraud, money laundering, child pornography, terrorist-related activities, activities in violation of U.S. export or import laws, any executive orders, or any rules, regulations or orders issued by Office of Foreign Asset Controls ("OFAC"), infringement on rights of others, trafficking in illegal drugs, or any products or services that are prohibited under applicable law, or which AdsBaba.com determines to be controversial or disruptive to the operations of AdsBaba.com or any other User or third party. any materials that contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, attempt to access the accounts of others, or attempt to penetrate security measures of AdsBaba.com, its vendors or suppliers or other entities' systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data;any content that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on AdsBaba.com's infrastructure that exceed the limits provided by the Service for which User registered; any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation; any content which promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals; any content to sell, distribute, disseminate or link to any sites for marketing, sales, distribution of: firearms, explosives, ammunition, tobacco products and any other products or services that (a) User cannot legally sell, (b) are misrepresented, and/or (c) if sold via the User Web Site could cause AdsBaba.com to violate any law, statute or regulation; any personal or private information or images about children or any third party without their written permission (or a parent's consent in the case of a minor);
  • User agrees NOT to post links to promote their own websites;
  • User agrees NOT to post duplicate contents or same/similar contents under different categories
  • User agrees to post accurate address, at least the City and State names must be correct, if either is entered inaccurately, the content will be deleted without notice.

  • User agrees that User will not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

AdsBaba.com will remove/disable contents which do not comply with this agreement, and in addition, may terminate the relevant User's account.

User agrees that AdsBaba.com is not responsible for the appropriateness, accuracy, sufficiency, correctness, veracity, completeness, or timeliness of any contents posted on this website. Neither AdsBaba.com nor its employees are responsible for any misrepresentations which may be made by any third party, or for any dispute which might arise between a user and a third party.
